Today, SIMS Cardiac Rescue Workshop was successfully conducted at post graduate skill lab SIMS/SHL. The workshop was possible with unwavering support of Principal, Prof Dr Zohra Khanum, the Patron in Chief. The course director of this workshop Prof Dr M Nadeem Aslam (Prof of Surgery and incharge PG skill lab), addressed the participants and gave stress on the usefulness of this workshop in enabling the participants in doing effective early cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Participants engaged in hands-on training using high-fidelity manikins, under the supervision of our Chief instructor Dr. Tabish Raza (an AHA certified BLS and ACLS instructor) and Dr. Abdul Basit (Assistant Professor of Medicine). The course received excellent feedback from the attendees due to its utilities in real life scenarios that could help save a life
