The Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Services Hospital Lahore commemorated World Hepatitis Day 2025 with an informative seminar titled “Let’s Break It Down – Get the Facts, Take Action.”

The event featured comprehensive discussions on the various types of hepatitis (A, B, C, D, and E), with a strong focus on prevention, early diagnosis, and effective management strategies. Special emphasis was placed on promoting safe injection practices and the appropriate response to needle stick injuries — key components in the fight against viral hepatitis.

The seminar witnessed active participation from faculty members, doctors, nurses, paramedics, and medical students, reflecting a shared commitment to public health awareness and professional development.
