The 175th Meeting of the Dengue Expert Advisory Group (DEAG) Punjab, held on 10th September 2025, convened in the DEAG Meeting Room at Services Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), Lahore, under the chairmanship of Prof. Muhammad Khurram, Chairperson DEAG and Prof. Zohra Khanum, Principal SIMS / Co-Chairperson DEAG.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Secretary (Technical), SHC&ME Department, representatives from the Punjab Healthcare Commission, Health & Population Department, Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), and other esteemed DEAG members—both in-person and online.

The following agenda items were discussed:

1. Approval of the minutes from the 174th DEAG Meeting held on August 30th, 2025.

2. Presentation on the Current Dengue Situation in Punjab by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) / Institute of Public Health (IPH) and Prof. Waseem Akram

3. Progress Update on the Development of Online Assessment for DEAG Training Certification and improvements in DEAG website by PITB

4.Discussion regarding DEAG training on clinical management of dengue fever for doctors and nurses in Phase – III

5. Discussion regarding research updates from Dr. Asma Ali Khan
