The pre-conference workshop (researchcon) was conducted by the Orthopaedic Department of Services Hospital/ SIMS in collaboration with the Department of Medical Education under patronage of Professor Irfan HOD unit 1 and Dr. Sohail Associate Professor HOD unit 2. The workshop was attended by senior faculty members, PGRs and house officers, of the Orthopaedic Department.

State-of-the-art lectures delivered by leading Orthopaedic surgeons — Prof. Dr. Rashid Saeed, Prof. Dr. Ali Raza Hashmi, and Associate Professor Dr. Sher Afgan — significantly enhanced participants’ understanding of this complex topic.

The occasion was graced by the presence of Prof. Zohra Khanum, Principal SIMS, and Prof. Rakshan Shaheen Najmi, Ex-Professor/HOD of the Gynaecology Department, SIMS/SHL. The Principal appreciated the organizers for arranging academic and interactive workshop, which also included hands-on practice on saw bones.
