A workshop “Comprehensive Dengue care in children” was conducted in Pediatrics Department unit II under patronship of Prof. Dr. Zohra Khanum Principal SIMS on 28th Oct, 2024 at Services Institute of Medical Sciences / Services Hospital, Lahore.

40 Residents from Different Public and Private Hospitals were the participants. Prof.Dr.Rafique ,Prof.Dr.Tayyaba Khawar , Dr.Fatima Tahira and Dr.Riffat Omer were the speakers. Senior registrars of the Peads Unit II were facilitators of Hands on group work. Participants gained the skill to deal and manage the Dengue fever care especially in children. Medical Superintendent Services Hospital Lahore Dr.Mudabbir, in his address advised the participants to be tender and tolerant for the patients and develop the skill of team work. He also distributed the certificate among facilitators and participants. Participants much appreciated the academic activity arrangement and gave positive feedback.
