Department of pediatrics is a state of the art unit providing all kinds of tertiary care facilities. Department of Pediatrics provides 24 hours pediatric as well as neonatal emergency, indoor and intensive care facilities. Outpatient services include out-patients, vaccination center, HIV center, Speech therapy center and follow-up clinic six days a week. In patients services also includes subspecialties facilities in the field of gastroenterology, oncology, pulmonology, neurology and intensive care. An eight (08) bedded Pediatric ICU is well equipped with ventilators, cardio-respiratory monitors and in-house portable x-rays and ultrasonographic facilities.

We have a ward for stabilization of malnourished children and also in process of developing a growth clinic for the wellbeing of our patients center. Thirty (30) bedded neonatal unit comprises of intensive care unit, eight (08) bedded high dependency unit. Well baby nursery, kangaroo mother care clinic and lactation management room for encouragement facilitation and promotion of breastfeeding. This neonatal unit provides services to all obstetric units of this hospital.
